Dynamic

Dynamic's your Monday night chance to hang-out with friends. Sometimes it's just social space, with snooker and table tennis kit to use. But we also have special activites - like making our own kites and flying them, going on a trip to Mount Edgecombe, or having a bonfire.

If you're at secondary school then you're welcome. Just show up from 7.30 onwards (we finish at 9.00) and introduce yourself to us.

Participants

Many of our older teenagers take a fully integrated role within the life of the church. They are active participants in the Worship group, help with the creche and Junior Church, join in with the Soup Run, and generally just take part according to their own skills and gifts.

Trainee Youth Worker

Merethe Dahl Thauland comes from Ski (near Oslo, Norway) and is training for youthwork on a course run by South West Youth Ministries (SWYM).  She is here to join in with our young people's work, and is also developing our connection with secondary schools and with other local youth groups as well.

She plays the trumpet, loves netball, and has a wicked sense of humour!
